Package pickup registration

Register once and we assign you a customer number for receiving your orders at the border. Registering online is free – the $10 annual registration is paid in cash when you pick up your first package.

WhatsApp preferred – that is where we notify you when a package arrives.

Before you register

  • We do not accept USPS mail or letters – private carriers only, like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Amazon.
  • We do not accept prohibited or illegal items. See the full list
  • We only release packages that arrive with your name and customer number on the label.

Registering online is free. The $10 annual registration and your package fee are paid in cash at your first pickup.
