The monthly space is first-come, not a reserved spot: park in any open space. It is not tied to a specific vehicle – any motorcycle or vehicle, up to 1 space in use at a time.

What security measures does the lot have?
The lot is fenced and lit, with surveillance cameras and staff on site 24 hours a day, every day.

Spots at the front of the lot, right by the exit. Pull in, park, and cross in seconds. Ideal if you cross every day.
Covered motorcycle parking
Motorcycles park in a covered area – protected from the sun and the weather. Included in the $5 rate.
