Terms of service

By using Park Calexico's parking or package pickup services (220 Cesar Chavez Blvd, Calexico, CA 92231) you accept these terms. Park Calexico is a private business; we are not affiliated with any government agency, border authority, or customs office.

Rates are charged per 24 hours, at the prices posted on this site and at the lot entrance. Payment is processed through Premium Parking (online or in its app).

The monthly space ($150 per month) covers 1 first-come space (not a reserved spot), is not tied to a specific vehicle, and allows a maximum of 1 space in use at a time.

Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Park Calexico is not responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles or items left inside them, except as required by law.

Park Calexico acts solely as a package receiving and temporary holding location. We are not the shipper, seller, carrier, customs broker, or insurer of any shipment.

Registering online is free and assigns you your customer number. The service requires a $10 annual registration, paid in cash at your first pickup. Each package costs from $5 depending on size, confirmed when it reaches the lot; the $50 monthly plan includes up to 20 packages.

Your account becomes active when you pick up your first package: you present a valid government-issued photo ID, pay the one-time annual registration fee, and pay that package's receiving fee.

Every package must arrive under the customer's name with their customer number on the label, and is released only upon presentation of a valid photo ID and the tracking number. No exceptions.

The first 2 weeks of storage are included; after that, storage is $0.50 per day per package.

We only accept approved private carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, among others). We do not accept USPS mail or letters, government documents, checks, credit cards, passports, hazardous materials, perishables, firearms or ammunition, alcohol, controlled substances, mail forwarding or scanning, or illegal goods. We may refuse or return any shipment that violates this list, and we reserve the right to refuse any shipment at our sole discretion.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their shipments comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, are responsible for inspecting their packages at the time of pickup, and certify that all registration information is accurate and agree to keep it up to date.

We provide the services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Park Calexico is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, misdelivered, or mishandled by any shipping carrier or third party before they are accepted at our facility. While packages are in our possession, we will exercise reasonable care in handling and storing them; except where required by law, our liability for loss of or damage to a package is limited to the amount paid for the package receiving service for the affected shipment.

We may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page with its effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
