Privacy notice

Park Calexico is a private parking and package-receiving business located at 220 Cesar Chavez Blvd, Calexico, CA 92231. We are not affiliated with any government agency, border authority, or customs office.

This site has no user accounts. Personal information reaches us in two ways: package pickup registration (the name, email, phone, and residential address you enter in our form, along with the customer number we assign you) and the day-to-day operation of the service (for example, your packages' tracking numbers and the ID verification at pickup).

The site collects anonymous, cookieless usage statistics (PostHog) to understand which pages are used. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal data.

We use your data only to run the services: managing your package registration, sending you your customer number, notifying you when packages arrive, and verifying your identity at pickup. Registration data is kept in an operational spreadsheet restricted to our staff. ID verification is visual and is used to confirm the handoff.

Package registration data is stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets) and the registration confirmation email is sent through EmailJS. Parking payments are processed through Premium Parking (premiumparking.com). Each service handles data under its own privacy policy. Location links open Google Maps.
